BIC Tizon Dife (born Roosevelt Saillant on April 23, 1975, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti) is a Haitian rapper, singer-songwriter, and slam poet. He launched his career around the year 2000, first through the group Flex and later through the BIC collective (Brain–Intelligence–Creativity). Since then, he has built one of the most respected discographies in Haitian conscious music.
BIC’s work is known for blending hip-hop with konpa, jazz, and traditional Haitian rhythms, while maintaining a strong poetic and socially engaged voice. His lyrics often function as civic education, social commentary, and cultural reflection, addressing issues of justice, governance, identity, love, family, and everyday life in Haiti and the diaspora.
